I was in charge of my own construction firm carrying out remodeling and maintenance projects. I learned to be in charge of personnel and deal with suppliers, I learned to win clients and projects by making plans and renders in the fastest and most attractive way possible. I learned to quantify or have general knowledge of the cost of things to give a price and I learned a lot about finishes and installations and the practical use of materials. In 3 years, I completed more than 15 remodeling and construction projects for shops and apartments.

I was in charge of the realization of the plans and model of the BMW San Luis Potosí Manufacturing Plant. I achive the model in a LOD 500 and i deliver As Built plans, I gained a lot of experience in the construction of industrial buildings and the scope that must be achieved in a project of this magnitude. I also use Navisworks to review the clashes between diferent models and i créate new families with all the necessary information.

Construction Supervisor

Supervised various residential constructions, submitting construction reports, dealing with construction personnel, receiving and checking material, finding contractors. I learned a lot from the construction process and common mistakes in the field.
